FAQ's

What happens to my data from the old version of the app?

As the new version of Charts Analytics is a new app entirely, we are not able to transfer over your old data. As a result, all new accounts with the new app will not have any previous data even if the same email was used to sign up.
What is the difference between a Team and Player account?

A Team account gives you full access to editing and viewing analytics for your entire team. You can add/remove players as well as start new charting sessions. The Team account comes with a free month trial but will required the purchase of a subscription afterwards. A Player account allows a player to view and analyze their stats only, they do not have access to any other player's stats and cannot start a charting session to input new pitches. Player accounts are free and do not required any purchase to use.
Where do I find the ID's to access my Player Account?

There are 3 ID's required to access your Player Account: Team ID (found in the Account Page for the Team Account in which you are a player) Season ID (found in the Account Page for the Team Account in which you are a player) Player ID (found at the top of the page after clicking on your name from the Team Account's Roster Page)
Can I have multiple seasons in 1 account?

Yes! You can add as many seasons as you like for your team. To start a new season, navigate to the Account page (right most icon in the bottom navigation of the app) and click "New Season". You can switch between any of your seasons by clicking the "Change Season" button on the same page.
How long do my seasons last?

Each season will be available for up to 4 years from its date of creation, after which they will be deleted.
I can't find my verification email

Here are some options if you're having trouble finding your verification email: 1. Check your spam or junk folder for the email address you used to sign up, the email can often get sent there instead of your inbox. 2. On your Account Page (click on the right most icon in the bottom navigation bar) look to the top of the page for a red "Verify Account" button, click this and then click on the "Resend Email" option in the popup that appears. This will resend your verification email. 3. If neither of the above options work, reach out to admin@chartsanalytics.com to have your account manually verified.
